Prom 2017
​Prom will be held on Friday, April 28th, at The Rosemont Convention Center. The cost is $75 per person. Please note each student AND each guest will need to fill out their own permission form. Due to reservation requirements, unfortunately we will not be able to offer refunds after April 21. Additionally, no refunds will be issued to students in the event of a disciplinary action or an attendance issue on the day of prom, which results in the student’s inability to attend prom. 

While tickets for the Prom itself are always available to any eligible CG student (as an individual) or with a date, sign up for our wildly popular (and safe) Post-Prom activity supported by our Booster Club is unfortunately limited. We will be selling postprom tickets on a first come and first served basis, prioritizing as many seniors as possible attending their last Prom and Post-Prom with us. Below are the details of the process that allow for the aforementioned prioritization and also minimize attendance issues during the school day. In the past four years, Post-Prom has NOT sold out; all students who wanted to, attended this event.

Beginning the evening of Tuesday, April 11 from 6 PM to 9 PM Cary-Grove High School Seniors only, may sign up for Prom and Post-Prom in the Media Center on this date. Senior Cary-Grove students attending with another Senior Cary-Grove student will register from 6 PM until 7:30 PM, the Senior CG students attending with anyone other than a Cary-Grove senior student will register from 7:30 to 9:00 PM. If arriving after 7:30 PM, any CG senior/CG senior must go to the back of the line. 

On the evening of Wednesday, April 12 from 6 PM to 8 PM any CG Junior and their date or CG Senior and their date (if they did not sign up on April 11) may sign up for Prom (and Post-Prom, until sold out). On this date there will be no priority given to CG seniors. Additional ticket sale dates are April 13, April 19, and April 21 from 7:00 -7:20 AM in the media center. 

Prior to registration, all students and guests must each complete a permission form, have an online payment receipt or a check payable to CGHS, or cash along with all paper work approved for guests. 

Any change request to prom arrangements after the April 11 and 12 sale dates will require a $10 processing fee.
