Set on Long Island in the 1950s, SABRINA FAIR deals with the involvement of a very rich family named Larrabee with Sabrina Fairchild, the daughter of their family chauffeur, who has spent the last five years abroad in Paris. She has returned to find out if she is still in love with the younger son, David, or if she should marry the wealthy Frenchman she met in Paris. Then Sabrina realizes it is the older son, Linus, who truly challenges her. A revelation from her father helps Sabrina make her decision. With sparkling wit and intelligence, SABRINA FAIR considers how true love can be hindered by class, race and social conventions.
